With Zero Balancing (ZB) patients will feel relaxed and renewed after each session. I’m trained and certified in ZB therapy.
During a session the patient remains fully clothed in a face up position. I work underneath the weight of the body using gentle pressure to engage the bone and release held tension, trauma, and stress. Patients report feeling lighter and less burdened. A sense of grounding and balance ensues.
