Welcome to Peak Wellness Acupuncture
Nancy Harnum RN, MS, M.Ac
Heal your body, naturally. I’m an experienced Acupuncture Therapist and a firm believer in a holistic approach to healing. The human body is made up of the mind, body, and spirit. All three must be in working order, so that a free flow of energy is achieved. Through my practice, I work hard to release this energy and promote well-being.
Classical Five Element
I had the privilege of clinical study under Hilary Skellon, daughter of Five Element Master Teacher, JR Worsley. The method of Worsley Five Element Acupuncture is an effective and unique system of medicine that diagnoses and treats the cause of disease.
I believe each body holds the key to its own healing. I provide a faith based treatment plan to unlock the innate potential gift of balance.
Five Element Acupuncture
A Unique Approach
Diagnosis and treatment are specific to the individual and will give healing balance from the inside out.
We adhere to the "law of fewest needles" using the least amount of needles to produce the most change. Using a holistic approach in each session with an emphasis on identifying current life stress and addressing past experience we can offer the most support in body, mind, and spirit.
Zero Balancing is a gentle form of body work that is both relaxing and energizing. Engaging the skeletal structure of your body allows the mind to feel free and clear of the worries and stress of life.
Patients claim to feel relaxed and renewed after each session. I’m trained in a variety of techniques, so I tailor your session to work on your specific goals and needs. I love showing my patients how just a few treatments can make an enormous difference to their health.
Restorative and Healing
The use of cupping therapy is widely used in traditional medicine. The glass cups are placed with a vacuum seal over muscles and soft tissue. This vaccum action helps to break up blood stagnation and restore energetic flow to soothe and aid in the recovery of overused muscles. Discoloration and bruising of skin is normal and should be expected.
